An exercise class led by a knowledgeable instructor where the primary goal is to have fun! This is a low impact class that helps you improve flexibility and build strong muscles. Strength exercises may include lifting weights, using resistance bands or doing body-weight exercises. This class is designed for independent seniors and may be covered by your health insurance and therefore not available for online registration. Class will meet on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:30 am to 11:15 am in Studio B at the Diamondhead Education Center.
