Savor the flavors of Italy. Start with "Panzanelle", a toasted bread salad with fresh vegetables in a light vinaigrette. Prepare "Chicken Saltimbocca" using thinly sliced prosciutto and fresh sage in lemon, caper, artichoke sauce. Make Potato Gnocchi (dumplings) and toss them basil pesto, marinara and brown butter sauce with sage and walnuts. Finish with "Cannoli", fried pastry filled with sweetened ricotta and mascarpone cheese, served on a pool of chocolate sauce, garnished with pistachios. The Chef preps some food items in advance in order to accomplish the amazing menus and recipes in 3 hours, while allowing time for you to enjoy them in class.
