This registration if for the following meeting dates: Oct 7, 14, 21, 28. Nov 4, 11, 18, 25. Dec 2, 9, 16.
Participants are required
to self-check temperatures prior to coming,
and attest to a health check prior to each session
. Any person who has not taken their temperature will be asked to leave. Participants shall not attend if their temp is 100° or above,
or if they or any member of their household have been in contact with anyone with a fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea.
If symptoms develop while in the facility, the individual will leave immediately.
All visitors to ISD 191 are required to wear a mask which covers their nose and mouth.

Upon arriving, all persons will be asked to wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds or use an alcohol based hand sanitizer.
Wash or sanitize hands frequently as needed and prior to
leaving the activity.
Observe physical distancing, entrance, exit and traffic flow guidelines. Only registered participants are permitted in the building.
