Description:
Classic Caesar salad to start, with fresh baked croutons, Romano cheese and sweet cherry tomatoes. Next assemble the entree by wrapping tender chicken breast in flaky puff pastry with shallots and Portobello mushrooms. Then prepare an amazing port wine sauce. Sides include asparagus with olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon, delicious Jasmine rice blend with toasted almonds and dried cranberries. The finale tonight, Chocolate Decadence, is a rich, flourless torte served with an exquisite raspberry sauce and fresh whipped cream.
Cooking classes with Jeff Sandino include demonstration and hands-on instruction. The Chef preps some food items in advance in order to accomplish the amazing menus and recipes in 3 hours, while allowing time for you to enjoy them in class.
