Description:

Prepare "Coq au Vin", tender chicken breast sauteed with pearl onions, mushrooms and bacon in a rich burgundy wine sauce, a delicious Wild Rice blend, and Green Beans Amandine. End with "Crepes Suzette", delicate French pancakes served with orange liqueur sauce.
Cooking classes with Jeff Sandino include demonstration and hands-on instruction. The Chef preps some food items in advance in order to accomplish the amazing menus and recipes in 3 hours, while allowing time for you to enjoy them in class.
