Description:
Celebrate fall German style with 'Sauerbraten' pot roast, Beef Roulades stuffed with pickles, bacon and onion in red wine sauce. "Schweinshaxe" pork ribs & sauerkraut, and "Weiner Schnitzel" chicken tenders, lightly breaded and sauteed with fresh squeezed lemon and herbs. Prepare "spaetzle" German pasta, Potato Pancakes with apple sauce and sour cream, "Kartoffelklosse" dumplings topped with buttered bread crumbs and braised red cabbage. Complete the celebration with sublime Black Forest cake.
Cooking classes with Jeff Sandino include demonstration and hands-on instruction. The Chef preps some food items in advance, in order to accomplish the amazing menus and recipes in 3 hours, allowing time for you to enjoy them in class.
