Black Dog Spring Maintenance Camp

Description:

We will be offering a three-week maintenance program for athletes who cannot be without exercise for three weeks. This is not required and is outside of our regular seasons. Everyone will practice together. Everyone will pay the same price. We will be doing a half hour of dryland and an hour in the pool. We will not be spending time on technique, just basic physical fitness.
