Description:

Fermented vegetables make a healthy snack or side dish. Learn to make fermented vegetables in this hands on class. We'll make a batch in class for you to take home. Once you have the basic recipe for vegetable fermentation, you'll be able to create a variety of pickles in your own kitchen. Bring a container with lid. Class is held at Mt. Calvary Church, 3910 Rahn Rd. in Eagan.
