Tai Chi has been practiced in China for centuries for health benefits and to harmonize the body and mind. The slow flowing movements of Tai Chi are non-impact and build balance, flexibility and strength while reducing stress. This class is endorsed by the MS Society and is specifically beneficial for people with MS, Parkinson’s and other chronic illnesses and people with limited mobility. Students will use a chair and progress to standing Tai Chi, if appropriate. Join us for fun, exercise and relaxation. Classes are instructed by either Linda Ebeling or Bruce Tyler. For questions regarding participation or MS scholarships, please call 952-707-4120 or email cranetigertaichi@yahoo.com.
